You fill in fields, we deliver premium layout, your own URL (mediakitpro.app/p/your-name), PDF export, SEO optimization and direct booking. Event organizers, journalists and bookers get exactly the info they need for booking decisions — compact and without email back-and-forth.

There are three plans: Free (€0, free forever, basic features + bilingual DE+EN), Pro (€19/month or €190/year — about €16/month yearly, all content sections unlocked, media kit in all 8 languages), and Premium (€49/month or €490/year — incl. booking inbox, custom domain, up to 3 media kits, all languages like Pro). All listed prices are net of country-specific VAT — calculated automatically at checkout via our payment partner Affilicon.

Do I need web design skills or my own website?

Neither. The media kit is its own page with its own URL (mediakitpro.app/p/your-name or, on Premium, your own domain). You don't need a website, hoster, web designer or any HTML knowledge.

How long does it actually take to build?

Accepted Answer

With the basics (photo, bio, 3 speaking topics, press quotes) you're online in 10 minutes. If you want every section properly maintained (books with covers, videos, audio embeds, FAQ, press photos, calendar, awards, certifications) plan 30-60 minutes. You can save anytime and come back later.

Can I SEO-optimize my media kit?

Yes — included in Pro and Premium. In the editor tab "SEO & AI search" you set SEO title, meta description, keywords and a separate "AI description". The latter is rendered in a structured way so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude can rank you as an answer source.

Yes — we build the media kit from the ground up so AI search engines can use it as an answer source: structured Schema.org Person markup with all relevant fields, a separate "AI description" in the SEO tab, hreflang tags and semantically clean HTML.

Can I export my media kit as PDF?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Pro and Premium the 1-click PDF export is included. On your media kit there's a download button that generates a print-ready premium PDF with all content.

Can I offer press photos for download?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro: up to 20 press photos, Premium: unlimited. You upload images in the editor tab "Press photos" (max. 10 MB per file). On your media kit they appear as a gallery — click opens a lightbox with preview + download button.

Does it work on smartphone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all media kits are mobile-optimized (responsive design). They look great on iPhone, iPad, Android, tablet and desktop.

Can I customize the design?

Yes, on Pro and Premium you can choose between several themes (e.g. Keynote, Creator, Blogger) — each theme brings its own color and typography system, perfectly tuned to different personal brands.

Can I remove the "Powered by mediakitpro" branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, starting from Pro the "Powered by" branding toggle is available in the "Publish" tab — disable it with one click. On Free the discreet footer notice stays visible.

Will my media kit look just as good in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes: on Free you can maintain the media kit bilingually (German + English). On Pro and Premium all 8 languages are available: German, English, Español, Français, Português, Italiano, Nederlands and Polski. Visitors see a language toggle with flags in the top right of the public profile.

How do organizers contact me through my media kit?

Accepted Answer

On all plans your media kit has a direct inquiry form. Organizers can send you a booking inquiry without your email being publicly visible (spam protection). On Premium additionally in a booking inbox in your dashboard with status (new / processed / archived) and email notification.

Can I list fees and prices on my media kit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Pro and Premium via the tab "Packages & fees". You create one package per format (e.g. "Keynote 45 min — from €6,000", "Workshop ½ day — from €3,000"). Saves email back-and-forth: organizers immediately see if budget fits.

Can I add a Calendly or Cal.com link?

Yes, per fee package you can add an optional URL — rendered on the media kit as a "Book directly" button. Often used for Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal or your own booking tools.

How does the speaking calendar work?

Accepted Answer

In the editor tab "References" you can set a date + optional ticket/booking URL per entry. If the date is in the future, the entry automatically appears on the media kit in the "Upcoming events" section.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime — monthly billing ends at month end, yearly at the end of the paid period. No notice period, no reason. Cancellation runs through our payment partner Affilicon.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Accepted Answer

Your account stays in "cancelled_active" status for 90 days — the media kit stays online, all data is preserved. Activate a new subscription in this time and everything continues seamlessly. After 90 days the account is set to "expired".

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Not satisfied within the first 30 days after purchase? Send us a short message via our contact form. We refund the full amount without questions, no discussion, within 5 business days.

Yes. All servers are in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Hosting via Railway (German data centers) and Supabase (EU region). We collect only the minimum personal data needed for service delivery.

In Germany and the EU. Database: Supabase EU (Frankfurt). App hosting: Railway EU (Netherlands). Images + PDFs: Supabase Storage EU. Email delivery: Resend (EU region).

We only use technically necessary cookies (e.g. for login sessions). First-party profile tracking (views, PDF downloads) is anonymized via hash, no third-party sharing. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party tracking.
